Knee Arthroscopy is a procedure that involves a small incision in the skin. Through this incision, a telescope of 4.5 mm width is inserted into the joint which then projects the images on a monitor and offers the surgeon a chance to operate with high accuracy.
The Doctor or Surgeon will suggest a Knee Arthroscopy after examination and necessary medical diagnosis. A Knee Arthroscopy helps diagnose several problems such as a torn meniscus or a misaligned patella (kneecap). It even helps repair the joint ligament.
